How much does it cost?
AMS provides a pay monthly, pay-as-you-go model, the cost of the service will be applied to your AWS usage charges.
Depending on the level of service you select the maximum will be up to 50% uplift (UK only 24/7 carries the biggest premium for the highest level of service) on usage, but the average uplift is approx 30% overall. That is extremely competitive compared to third party AWS Service providers.
There is funding available to help with migration costs and dual running until service cutover. Mobilise will manage the migration and funding application for this as the partner.
How long am I locked in for?
AMS elements are contracted on a month by month basis, although once workloads are running there will need to be an exit plan etc.
Typically takes three months to execute.
How secure is AMS?
Is certified/compliant to PCI DSS, SOC1/2/3, HIPAA, ISO9001/27001/27017/27018, NIST, CIS and GDPR for infrastructure operations.
Can I sign up directly as an AWS customer?
You can signup directly with AWS if your yearly spend is over £1 Million.
What level of support do I get with AMS?
Has a 24x7x365 SLA backed support operation up to and including the patched OS.
