AWS DevOps Engineers
Entry level, Experienced and Senior Required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS
- Implement and control the flow of data to and from AWS
- Identify appropriate use of AWS operational best practices
- Estimate AWS usage costs and identify operational cost control mechanisms
- Migrate on-premises workloads to AWS
- Pro-active communication of technical problems and issues
- Approximate time spent on AWS workloads is 80%
- Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS
- Implement and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation
- Define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on AWS
- Implement systems that are highly available, scalable, and self-healing on the AWS platform
- Design, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational processes
Qualifications/Experience required:
The ideal candidate should have experience in some if not all of the following:
- Working in an agile environment
- Terraform
- Kubernetes
- Git
- Ansible
- Elastic Stack
- CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins
- Working knowledge of AWS
- Attention to detail, drive for results, work independently
Training to develop
Following training and relevant experience will progress initially to AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional Certification.

Agile Delivery Manager
Experienced Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master required to work for an exciting Cloud consultancy based in Swansea working with large customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain motivated teams, making sure there is an iterative plan to work towards.
- Support the team and enable collaboration, communication and allow them to deliver.
- Coach team members, facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for the project and customer.
- Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints.
- Create, monitor and maintain sprint tasks & backlog.
- Manage risks, budgets and people.
- Analysis and monitoring of standard reports.
Essential Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience in some if not all of the following:
- Qualified (or suitable experience) as a Scrum Master.
- Very strong scrum mastery / coalface facilitation skills
- Transformation and business analysis / process skills and awareness
- Risk and delivery management experience – evidence of delivery and project skills
- Extensive experience on Agile and Waterfall ways of working
Desirable Skills:
- Cloud – AWS or Azure experience.
- ITIL qualification
- Prince 2

Business Analyst
Business Analyst required to work for an exciting Cloud consultancy based in Swansea working with large customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking full business analysis activities for designated projects / customers, working collaboratively with project managers, customer stakeholders representatives, end-users and technical teams.
- Aligned to GDS framework best practice, you will establish and follow agreed analysis processes, methodology and standards ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective business analysis function for our customers.
- Working across a number of projects you will establish and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders – senior managers, service managers, academic and administrative staff to understand the business needs of the organisation.
- Supporting the end-to-end project delivery you will take responsibility for the quality of data and processes throughout the design and implementation stages. You will design and implement suitable service models and facilitate the handover to BAU operations.
Essential Experience:
- 3+ years Business Analysis experience.
- Experience of working within GDS framework.

Senior Data Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant data solutions on Azure.
- Implement and control the flow of data to and from Azure.
- Ability to perform discovery exercises including the analysis of existing systems to recommend improvements for performance, fault tolerance and security.
- Ensure data is secured across different clients and in line with legislation.
- Triage data pipeline issues and coordinate between teams to ensure successful resolution.
- Design, build, test and maintain data pipelines.
- Design, build, test and maintain Power BI solutions.
- Pro-active communication of technical problems and issues.
- Provide data design consultancy to operational system owners to ensure optimisation of data.
- Creation of high level design/architecture documentation.
- Support the pre-sales and management team with client proposals.
Qualifications / Experience Required:

- Relational and Non-Relational database experience such as SQL, Oracle, CosmosDB
