AMS provides an ITIL aligned support function that can even integrate with your change management platform such as ServiceNow.
Services can be delivered out of customer-owned accounts or as part of Mobilise’ environment.
Reduced costs: By partnering with Mobilise, customers can access the AMS service which is normally available to organisations with an annual AWS spend of £1 Million.
Service Onboarding: Mobilise will work with the customer closely to migrate and onboard customers into Amazon AMS.
Funding: Mobilise can access funding to help with migration and dual run costs until service cutover.
Ongoing Service Support: Mobilise will provide a service management wrap to ensure the smooth passage of tickets, escalations, request validations etc.
Additional Services: We are AWS experts and can provide cost and security optimisation services, help build automated services and help with next-gen services such as intelligent customer contact and AI.
